He would see this as a big win, a tremendous win. Those who are wealthy who are old or not in good health would still get medical care. If only there were a way to be sure you're culling the right age group. After all, some people look older or younger than they are, and you want to be sure you're allowing/encouraging/ensuring that the right people die.

Maybe they should sew some sort of emblem on their clothing. Maybe something bright that doctors won't miss, maybe in yellow.

My wife made an interesting comment today.
