Yeah, there is ok, freeze-dried food like REI sells, but somehow I doubt his scam includes anything beyond starvation desperation options.

If things get really bad, I have a .22 and fishing polls and there are plenty of squirrels and lakes around here.

I can buy more, and better, calories off store shelves for the same amount of money. If I were really worried about long-term survival (beyond the 5-10 yr shelf life conventional canned food offers), I have my massive gardens, orchard, nut trees, edible landscaping, chickens, fishing gear and hunting rifles and shotguns.

It's a crock for wanna be preppers who don't want to put in the actual work.

Im shooting a nice fat heifer across the field from me, loading her on the tractor, and grinding her up in the shop.
