Northeastern based grocery chain Stop & Shop gives all workers 2 additional weeks of paid leave

and a 10% raise. Great job Stop & Shop. They're also installing plexiglass shields at all cash registers to enforce social distancing.

BTW, Stop & Shop workers are unionized.

they're all throughout New England, NY and NJ. I think some in PA as well.

1. There used to be some in northeast Ohio

when I lived there. Unfortunately, those stores were bought out by a non-unionized chain and I had to do my shopping elsewhere after that.
