Btw - started writing this post at 11:40am, Pacific time. The graphic of confirmed cases and total fatalities that MSNBC runs periodically throughout the day nowadays, counts 1102 fatalities.
The same graphic at 10:38am said 1090 fatalities.
It was 1060 at 9:26am.
We were up way late last night and before we finally closed down, that statistic had just passed the 1000 fatalities mark. No more three-digit numbers.
