You'd still be infectious for a week or two after you recover. You may be immune to reinfection, but the jury is out on that.

Even so, you could still carry the virus around on your hands, clothes, etc.

I've gone out a few times for essentials.
When I return home I immediately take off my clothes, wash them and take a shower.
79 years old and susceptible.
