Having healthcare coverage seems like a pretty good idea right now - in any country.

Starting in 1957 and evolving in 1996 & 1984, Canadians have that without exception but wouldn't if they go south.

So a wall was erected a long time ago. Trump can't see it or even imagine it exists.
