For Putin... Soften up and thin out the American population, then move on the U.S. with the Russian Republican allies. Putin wouldn't conquer softly us, only make us become die hard allies favoring Russia against all others. With the U.S. financial market, Putin would rule the world. It wouldn't surprise me if COVID-19 was actually Russian biological warfare planted in China by Putin's special forces.
