1. I don't know about the bill but CA has suspended payments.

Perhaps other banks in other states will follow CA.

I was checking mine today because they sold my loan and I wanted to check auto payment. Actually it was weird I got letter from bank doing a take back! They said ignore all the previous letters we are keeping your mortgage.

Anyway while looking they said to call if you need help with payments.
