If Trump or Pence ever test positive for COVID19... would the public be told?

As contagious as this virus is... and considering Trump's close proximity with so many exposed and positive and infected individuals... I think it's extremely unlikely that he hasn't been exposed. I believe he's asymptomatic or has mild symptoms that Adderall or UK Sudafed can mask and hide.

So I think it's fair to ask: If Trump or Pence ever test positive for COVID19... would the public be told?
