According to this bloomberg article, https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-03-27/trump-invokes-production-act-compelling-gm-to-make-ventilators, invoking DPA won't speed up or alter gm's manufacture of respirators, but it will give the federal gov't the power to collect and distribute them as he sees fit.

So it gives him the ability to continue to punish ny and mi and other dem states. And vengeance is his pleasure. It is the only thing besides false adoration he craves. It's even more important than stealing billions from the federal reserve.

This madness has to end.

If Trump denies Democratic states medical goods and services, then for how many of them, will he be denying medical goods and services to the families, friends, and neighbors of the people in those groups?
