and why people who are infected are immediately seperated out. I was told that's what happened here in the US during the tuberculosis outbreak circa the 1930s. If you were diagnosed with TB, you were immediately sent off to a TB sanitarium.

5. Such bad news! I've never hoarded stuff but I have a feeling we will all be shut down for 6 weeks..

...Hubby has cancer surgery April 8 in Seattle.. the ONLY patient in the entire University of Washington Medical Center having surgery....as all elective surgery has been cancelled. Hes a healthcare provider and I am wondering if they are getting him thru this surgery quickly so he will be recovered by the time the giant surge hits.....and he can go back into the battlefield.

So Im still not hoarding but Im shopping more creatively. TP will always be out and I have resigned myself to that. However Amazon prime still has lots of paper products such as cases of flat paper towels (who needs rolls?) for 20$..included are 16 packs of 150 towels each pack...just dont flush down them toilet.

I found dry beans at the Mexican Market..and I stocked up on their yummy homemade, fresh (warm) tamales as well. They are never crowded in there and I liked giving them some business. They are usually mom and pop shops.

I also bought 500 adult size dental bibs on Amazon for 20$....I had a deal where I got them for 1/2 price. If it comes down to it I can cut them in half for paper towels...since I may be using paper towels for tp ..

Hubbys bday gifts the other day were wrapped in newsprint with Virus headlines. I felt like my grandma..she used to do that too!

There have been videos of them singing on balconies and such, with people commenting on what a nice thing to do during a quarantine.
But is it really?

USA will see that number on April 3rd by my current calculation, but # is close on April 2nd.

That's next Friday, I have the number for USA passing 12,500 then.

I had 1.33x multiplier but last 2 days, it's up a smidge higher, need to see plateau and then down or we are in for HELL squared round here and not even 2 months away from MILLIONS dead.
