I have a feeling that this is a half jokey, half serious main post (sorry I am a little drowsy so if the sarcasm tag is needed then I'm winning the Rincewind award for being the quickest on the uptake). But on a serious note I wonder if the Roman Catholic church (and other similar churches like Lutheran and Episcopal) are doing home delivery of the sacraments...

They instituted what is called spiritual communion which is where you take communion without sacramental bread and wine. Most (all ?) dioceses now have online mass.
