3. Testing and tracing.

The testing is something Americans would have very little problem with. The tracing would be problematic for some, especially privacy advocates. Especially if done Singaporean style (you will self quarantine or else, served by a warrant by police wearing hazmat suits).

6. I can see how some of tRump's cult would threaten to take out

a gun if somebody other than their Dear Leader "told him what to do". Everyone with a two digit IQ knows that a nationwide lockdown, the testing everyone who even sneezes and contact tracing are the only way to fight this before a vaccine is found.
