Pelosi drops the mic on Trump over his COVID-19 pandemic failures: As the president fiddles, people are dying
Appearing on CNNs State of the Union with host Jake Tapper, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was unsparing in her criticism of Donald Trump and spoke bluntly of his failures to deal with the coronavirus pandemic.
First let me say how sad it is that ever since the presidents signing of the [stimulus] bill, the number of deaths reported has doubled from 1,000 to 2,000 in our country, the California Democrat began. This is such a very, very sad time for us. So we should be taking every precaution. The president? His denial at the beginning was deadly. His delaying of getting equipment to where it his continued delay in getting equipment to where its needed is deadly.

(9,090 posts)spent that same period making it clear any republican who took it seriously was playing into the liberal politician and 'liberal' media trap - that is was all hyped to sell big govt socialist agenda.
trump's main adviser and golf partner was repeating that shit on 600 radio stations even up till the week ending march 13. then he callls in march 27 to his substitute since he was out with chemo treatment, to question if the medical and scientific experts around trump really were experts. rw shits on 1500 radio stations have been repeating that shit but are having to backtrack a bit and will end up blaming democrats, the chinese, immigrants, etc - everyone but trump and the republ;icans
even if that sack of shit and putin tool limbaugh survives democrats could win a helll of a lot more elections and even get trump out before elections if they stopped ignoring talk radio - truly the biggest politicall mistake in history.
if left alone those stations will all be used not only to excuse trump but to blame democrats for this. in every state they will blame local dem pols for tthe disasters in their states. they will not only echo that motherfucker in the white house when he goes after dem govs they will be managed by state GOP and think tanks to get even more specific on any dem target they want to pinpoint.

They gave us Trump. They protected Trump. They have defended and excused Trump.
They gave us Moscow Mitch "the grim reaper" McConnell.
They gave us Louie "you lied" Gohmert.
They gave us Brett Kavanaugh.
They gave us Samuel Alito.
They include Rush Limbaugh.
They include Sean Hannity.
They include FOX News.
They gave us governors who urge that grandparents be sacrificed to help the economy.
They gave us Dick Cheney, George W, his group of war mongers and the invasion of Iraq.
They gave us the Great Recession of 2008-2009.
They have given us world class liars.
They have given us the dumbest most self serving politicians in congress.
They started the attack on worker's unions beginning with an actor president named Reagan.
Heck, they gave our ancestors President Hoover who helped facilitate the Great Depression of the 1930s.
The Republicans are a plague!

(13,989 posts)the "Treaty of Versailles" AND refusing to join the League of Nations, or send financial help to war torn Europe, planted the seeds of
Hitler's rise to power in Germany, and eventually World War ll and the millions of dead from that conflict.
Thanks Republicans!

May their souls be rent and torn by howling banshees from the second of their demise, cursed to an eternity of the screams and agony of the wailing dead.
