Heartfelt thanks for all the condolences over the loss of my FIL.

My heart goes out to all who are losing people right now, no matter the reason (COVID-19 related or not).

No funerals, no getting together to grieve and remember.

It's just so hard.

My SIL is in CA, and she can't come over to be with her mother during this time.
It's driving her crazy.

Any hospice in the country will provide 13 months of free bereavement counseling for the family.

13 months because that carries the loved ones through the year of firsts...bdays, anniversary, holidays, etc.
