I've got to somehow manage my feelings of hatred towards Trump...

...because they're having a significant influence on my mental health and overall well-being. It's almost like a fever, in and of itself. I *have* to let it go, one way or another, because my other emotional states are threatening to overwhelm me. And I *won't* let that SOB get a victory over me...I'm stronger than him...

Is that he continually seems to be "rewarded" for his odious, criminal behavior over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over...

It truly is enough to drive one mad...

But I know what you mean. I never knew there was that much hate in me. I can get mad, but it soon cools off, and I usually see a at least little of the other person’s point of view. I’ve never been able to hold a grudge, it’s too much hard work. But this fucker is exhausting.

There are antianxiety medications - that can help smooth out the hills & valleys.

Teach your self how to relax, there are self help groups for that.

Don't smoke,
Eat healthy,
Sleep a good solid 8hours,
Take a walk around the block,.. if safe,
Read a book,
Go work in a garden,
Plant a garden for summer diversion,
Adopt a pet or foster,
Do stuff that you procrastinated doing,
Keep your spirits up, use this as a learning opportunity to hone your human strengths and improve your outlook and general attitude.

I already take an anti-anxiety, have for years; something for every day and something for break-throughs if needed. I don't smoke, drink rarely (should drink more, I think) eat pretty healthy, sleep plenty (too much, prob). Have three pets. Try to walk every day, but don't always make it. I do read, although it's harder to concentrate lately.

I'm sure the rise in B/P is situational and I'm not seriously worried about it.

There is a good source of balance and humor here if you hunt it down.

Take this in moderation. Do not permit or allow yourself to burn out. Back off and recharge, then come back if/when you are ready.

We need you to put up a fight so we can slay this fire breathing monster. And we must prevent this daemon from a second term.

The only way we can succeed is to launch a unified force that decimates this evil Fascist gang of thugs who want and intend to high-jack our Democracy out from our grasp.

We must stop them, this might be the final chance we get.

Write him a letter - stream of consciousness - no editing - just let it flow to get the anger out. Then burn it! lol

Exercise intensely? If able.

Take ice cubes oudoors and throw them at sidewalk or driveway.

Meditate.

Just a few ideas.I hope these are helpful in some small way.

Meditate and send him light and love. Just surround him and flood him with positive energy.

It's pretty obvious he never received love or affection growing up. I believe this has damaged his personality among other things.

So, just sending positive energy can have a positive effect whether we recognize it or not. We could all be doing this and who knows perhaps he will eventually understand whether conscious of it or not. It doesn't hurt to try.

FEED THE LOVE AND THE LIGHT, FOR DARKNESS IS THE ABSENCE OF LIGHT!

I sometimes remember that no matter how bad I am feeling - I know that he is feeling even worse. He is miserable, empty and lonely. This is not a happy man. He is wracked by feelings of inadequacy and insecurity. His bluster and arrogance are not confidence, most likely it is jealousy. Narcissism is nothing more than a series of defense mechanisms used to cope with perceived threats to his value. He will die a lonely and unfulfilled humanoid. I take comfort in knowing that we are all so much better than him and he cannot stand that.

Sometimes, this helps me. Other times - not so much.

Keep yourself well, listen to music. Trump is over his head, plus dumb as a rock.

If they weren't so hell bent on gutting the whole fucking government so the billionaires could get their precious tax breaks, they wouldn't have fired the pandemic response team. Which wouldn't have put us in this position. And then Fox News downplayed the virus and called it a hoax until it was too late to do anything about it. And of course Chump only watches Fox News so he felt it was his divine intervention to do what Fox wanted. This is all on them.
