The whole thing is just so bizarre. It just seems like we're in some kinda strange place where we all see the exact same shitshow, and I mean SHITSHOW, and half the people have their heads up their asses. For the love of God how can anyone excuse this moron? He's such a vicious clown. I just feel like this whole thing is so Twilight Zoneish! I don't think he's capable of real emotion like most of us feel. I think he is a sadistic clown, and we're in hell.

With each paragraph there is another very clear picture of that idiot that we have living in OUR White House. You can even visualize specific events where he displayed that particular characteristic.
You could put together a training video or documentary with each characteristic and then a video example of IQ45 doing that very thing.
I don't know what you would ever do with that however. Maybe use it for training at a medical school - or something to use in a citizenship class. No matter which - it is not something I'd like to have to sit through - living it once is more than enough. 
He handles everything perfectly, because he actually believes he's perfect in every way. He's not capable of doing anything wrong, because he's never been allowed to fail (someone always bailed him out, legally/financially or both) and he truly believes he's done all of this by himself. He's said before that he's "a self made man". He suffers under such delusions of grandeur that's he's incapable of any emotion whatsoever, save anger, anger for those who don't share his Trumpian world view (and Trump's world extends nowhere past the inside of his skull). His ego always breaks his fall, pampers him, and lifts him above all others. He's a psychological wonder, and his brain should be left to science so they can study what compromises pure self-absorption.
His body is such a fine-tuned perfect machine, that he produces no waste.

he's always surrounded himself with yes-men and yes-women and reacts with fury over any negativity reflected toward him. He also has a habit of firing anyone that is not singing off his page, and his staff is expected to shower him with accolades every day. People like Bannon, Pence and Miller have always known that and it's how they get their way with him.
I'm sure the right-wing think tanks and Faux News people do that as well so he will implement their policies and dogma. He really is a puppet to anyone who fakes adoration for him.
Extremely sad period for America, as our Constitution has been turned against everyday citizens.....
