So we have no real idea what kind of fatality rate we are actually looking at.

Canada now has about the same infection rate US had 4 or 5 days ago.
However, US rate is slowing down a bit. Now doubling about every 2.3 days, while Canada doubling every 3 days.
As to death rates, ... Canada has universal health care. Have an operation, never see a bill.
