What options are available for people in AA and NA (and other recovery groups) when they cannot attend meetings? Virtual meetings? Skype? Phone? Reading? Meditation? Music?
When meetings are cancelled and venues closed... or when isolated at home, are these self-quarantining times more difficult for those who are in recovery? I imagine that there are those among us who are struggling even more.

(7,503 posts)12 step principles. I never had the problem. Just say I'm a friend of a friend of Bills. Interact as much as you can with others. Tell them what you feel. If you have a sponsor lean on them. I know that's not much help. But you have resources today we never had Skype and so on. Hope it goes well as it can It's still one day at a time.
