Again I can't copy text. This article asserts the order closes all nonessential businesses for 2 weeks. Other articles I've seen state that businesses which cannot operate safely must close, whatever the hell that's supposed to mean.

the order basically is a Repug governor type of order, very vague, sounds tuff, but here is nuts and bolts.

there are no legal things that can keep you in shelter. No Fines, no tickets nothing. But I made an "order" to simply cover my ass this late in the game.
I,Koz, to clarify, know former mayors,state reps and all personally,, and have talked to them. This is their take on this as well as mine.
I have a HCP daughter and wife with COPD and I am the one who goes ut and gets what we need, so I called them and asked,,,what the hell does this mean to me? This was the unanimous answer, it is purely political..
