It's now been more than two weeks since aides to Mulvaney helped pack up his office and moved out of the West Wing into the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, raising questions about who, exactly, has been in charge.

Is being underreported these days. Aliens could well have landed and no one would care.

and resigned from Congress yesterday (3/30) to take the job officially.

Seems to have been surprising to some people, for some reason. He had already announced he was not running for reelection back in December, and Trump made his intention to appoint him to replace Mulvaney known early this month.

Don't expect anything but yet another sycophant to put out for display.

The agencies are hollowed out and ineffective. The cabinet heads are nothing more than stage actors, props trained to praise and flatter Trump on cue. There's no one in the WH with any power or authority.

Trump is running the country just like he ran his company, as the unchecked ruler of his own personal domain.
