The Trump/Republican governor plan to battle the virus.

When there is a large number of deaths in a part of their state, put in place a stay at home order. In other parts of the state where SOME people are dying, keep it open.

When those parts of the state start having large amounts of deaths, put in place a stay at home order. Repeat this process across the state over and over again until everyone is either infected or dead, problem solved.
