would actually give him a big political boost.

remember how shrub, divisive and incompetent, easily soared to 90% approval right after 9/11, merely because he temporarily eased up on being a divisive sh*thead. he couldn't fix the incompetent part, but that didn't matter because it's america wants to come together in a crisis.

but donnie can't even figure that out. he's so divisive and so incompetent, he can't even fake sincerity enough to give a unifying speech.
