There have been some posts wondering why churches aren't being used as hospitals - it now looks like that's happening, or at least one of them. The Cathedral of St. John the Divine, the largest church in NYC, will be temporarily converted to a 400-bed hospital for people who don't have the virus, freeing up space in hospitals for those who do. https://www.praytellblog.com/index.php/2020/04/03/cathedral-of-st-john-the-divine-ny-to-serve-as-hospital/
I hope this serves as an example to the fundie megachurches, which this isn't.

(16,858 posts)Which is right up the street from our community hospital, is preparing to act as an overflow hospital should that need arise. Interestingly, the same church was used as a field hospital during the Civil War
