They could be right, but both Fauci and Brix are both cautious and hopeful. But looking at the data in the past there are cycles of rises and falls and it is too soon to know for sure. Assuredly they have better data details than we so their optimism may be grounded in a touch of reality, but I am slightly dubious. It's hard to work 18 hour days and come to the conclusion that it's not working.
