5. at140, it's doable with the stringent security checks (e.g., social security number, finger print,

etc) in place and then some independent verification and validation softwre to do a double check to ensure one vote per social security number or fingerprint)

8. I have an account with social security with high level password

No one can log into my account without the password and make unauthorized changes.
They can use the same account for a voting option. Nobody has my social security number AND password.
The password requires upper & lower case letters, numerals and one special character. Almost impossible to guess.
