(42,279 posts)According to the state, there have been 24,634 total tests performed, with 18,248 tests coming back negative.
The Southern Nevada Health District reported 1,878 positive cases and 65 deaths in Clark County Wednesday morning.
Wahoe County on Wednesday reported the 6th COVID-19-related death in the county. According to officials, the deceased was a woman in her 60s who had underlying health conditions.
According to Washoe County, there have been 326 total positive COVID-19 cases and 35 total recoveries.
While the state is still reporting 71 deaths, the newly reported death in Washoe County would bring the total to 72 deaths in Nevada.

(34,661 posts)We here in Vegas just passed the most deadly of all events last night with 66 fatal's. Prior was October 1st MGM shooting at 58.

It is updated pretty often, is searchable by country and state. The by state numbers might have to rely on indi. state health departments for the updates, so they might not change as often. It is accurate. The numbers agree with numbers from other sites, such as Worldometer and some state health departments I am checking.

Oh, yeah - what's happening in southern NV right now is that it's fixin' to rain. For us, that's an unusual occurrence.

I did see a 'state projection' a few days ago showing our peak wouldn't be until mid-May... but perhaps that was IF we didn't lower the curve....
