Power relationships can change radically.

I'm thinking Iran, Saudi Arabia and China are facing serious challenges from this. If Russia thinks we are distracted, they may try something if we look like a paper tiger.

We can't even manage to create swabs, much less tests, or PPE, or pretty much anything we need right now.
