The American Brand Is in Decline with Donald Trump as Its Symbol

Donald J. Trump is singlehandedly destroying this nation's brand. His avarice and self-dealing, along with his perpetual lack of concern for anyone other than himself has rapidly diminished this country's reputation among nations.

We are no longer a light to the world. Instead, we have become a candle-snuffing nation, extinguishing the light, one candle at a time.

As President of the United States, Trump has worked tirelessly to destroy this nation in the eyes of people everywhere on the planet, including people within the USA.

I do not know how we will rebuild trust after he is no longer in office. He may well have bankrupted our nation, forever removing any hope of regaining our status around the world.

Still, we must try to regain our position.

I wonder if other nations will be breaking off diplomatic relations with the US, and closing embassies the way they're pulling his name off of their buildings...

That I will live to see that happen. With each step forward citizens vote to go backward.

Bush and Cheney were lying so and so’s. Grifters down the line. We had a few good years, could hold up our heads with pride that we had a decent, educated pair in the WhiteHouse.

But this times voters, cheaters and Russian propagandists put us so far down the rabbit hole I see little way out.
