I just posted the first following paragraph in a response to another post:
Telephone appointment with a long time doc today. His words (we've known each other a long time): Keep your fucking head down, eat well, drink a lot of water, don't go near ANYONE, follow the science and don't listen to anything else.
Also: Don't get lazy. This fucking thing will kill you. I want to make sure you understand that. Don't listen to one word that a particular politician says. Don't go back into society until the SCIENCE convinces YOU that it's safe. You're a smart guy, DON'T GET LAZY. Follow the science.
This guy swears worse than I do. He's from India, with a heavy accent. He was at home on his speakerphone...quite difficult to understand under those circumstances. Oh...and he's a freaking genius who saved my life. Smartest person I've ever met.

That is the premise I've been operating by & trying to convey to others, from long distances. Many bovine stares. How can people not "get it?" 🤯

We have a Pit Mother Nature sent our way - was full of hook & heartworm, so we are helping him.
Very sweet, but rather like living with a caveman. 🤣 He is calming down after neutering, but put his head through a window & a wooden door. 😳
He wss not injured, fortunately but, oddly, he didn't seem to notice what he had done. No indication of feeling pain.
