One T-shirt (if this works for you, NO cutting and a whole T-shirt)

Attempt to don T-shirt.

BUT insert face thru an armhole so that the eyes can see out but the sleeve covers the nose and mouth. Cover over if desired with a sweater or jacket.

((Some T-shirt neck holes can stay up over noses, but if well-worn, that won't work.))

Place the neck opening over the nose and tie the arms behind head.
Cover over with button up shirt.
Put mine on with a tie dye shirt, collar tag out just for giggles. (Made in Katmandu)
