Trump may need to ask his banking and real estate buddies about funding the postal service. Who will mail out their millions of certified foreclosure, and eviction notices?
Judicial rules and procedures depend on the USPS and will take time to remedy. By comparison Process servers are expensive.

raise taxes on those people you mentioned. Asking them to fund it directly will only lead us one step closer to privatization.

Like a public highway or public school, it's a common service that serves all the people quite well without profit motive.

We all need to call or email our congresscritters and insist they fully support our USPS.......
