7. You can't Swiftboat someone without honor in the first place

That was the whole point of the exercise against John Kerry: to take a documented record as a wounded war hero who had commanded a Swiftboat, rope in a few disgruntled vets who claimed to know him, and make people believe he was a lying coward. I never did figure out why they hated him; maybe it was because he came home and testified against the Vietnam War in Congress.

In any case, that's "Swiftboating" and it can't work against a con man like Trump.
