Actually we've both been retired for years. But we go out a lot less, obviously....

If you are home more often than in the past, maybe 7 days/wk, then toilet flushing will do it. nt

We bought a new car for my wife in mid-February, more than two months ago. We've driven it less than 400 miles.

live in apartment. can't control the bill. bill gets split. I've watched the dumpster reach overflowing... with people buying and throwing away. thrift shops closed so cant donate

When they went to the new computer read meters, mine used to spikes about once a year. I'd have to call and fuss and ask for a physical check. Every single time they had to credit back.
