It should be seen as demeaning to oneself to be paid to say things you don’t believe in.
Some are paid to keep quiet, others paid to tell lies.
Americans need to regain a sense of self-respect. Live free or die has become “live stupid”.

Professionals unable to speak the truth about what they see is an insidious example.
Paid spokesman for causes people don’t actually believe in, and paid trolls online are all part of the same problem.
