Just having Piers MORGAN on Reliable Sources is an oxymoron

Plus he was given a long ten minutes or more chunk of broadcast time. It might be that his reliability, credibility derives from his having participated in SHTILER's previous reality show The Apprentice and self-proclaiming to be a "friend" of SHITLER (FOS?).

So the Piers ranted high-mindedly about SHITLER and BoJo being faced with "a test of leadership" like nothing since WW II, and how both of them have been behaving in ways not up to the mark, fine.

Then he went into a sub-rant about what traits of leadership are needed - "Be calming ... honest ... truthful ... speak with authority/ self-assurance ..." and on and on, blithely ignoring that all of these traits are beyond SHITLER's conceiving of them, much less possessing them.

Ending especially with "This is not a time for politics!1". He did a mini-30 seconds on the theme of throwing politics to the wind.

Then did the big wrap-up, again oblivious to his contradictions: "Donald, if you're watching, you can WIN the election if you do these things!1"

'tis has ever been so, that commentators have continually been asking SHITLER to be/become a TOTALLY DIFFERENT PERSON from what he is and is incapable of becoming.

My bent, while also for accuracy, is not as a stenographer but as an impressionist. And my theme was how SHITLER is always being asked to be somebody else.

I saw little to no description or summary of content of what you saw, only assertions that MORGAN "scorched" and otherwise ripped SHITLER, saying nothing of the details. Despite my giving you more of an opening by saying I saw parts, there is more detail and, dare I say, reportage in my post than yours, and yet, as is the case way more often than not, the other thread has gotten tons more Views and Recs, so I don't know what you are complaining about. Or rather, I believe you are complaining that I criticized MORGAN's overall take vs your focusing on the parts that were critical of SHITLER.

And as for the contentiousness, I've never had a negative experience with you and have Recc'd your posts many times. Since we've devolved here into a tit for tat mode (which I'm departing from forthwith), you started out with "are you kidding" and alleging I was daring to have a different take from yours with yours being the valid one.

I posted a thread first, expressed my impressions after hearing the interview, saw your later posted thread and commented my surprise that I took a very different conclusion from his interview, which is consistent with the video.
