(111,078 posts)So everyone else will know how safe it is to go out in a crowd.
I'm sure we will hear in a couple of weeks whether or not it affected any of these protestors, and whether they came into any contact in their cities?
It could be helpful for their areas, I suppose?

(20,659 posts)Dismal, by any measure. Kentucky, Louisiana, Alabama, even alot of Florida is deplorable.

(10,429 posts)they are billionaire-funded and incited morons.
But that's not how it's being covered. The corporate media is showing them to be "good concerned american protesters". Just like they did with the teabaggers. That didn't go well for us, did it.

(94,495 posts)I'm not seeing anything that suggests that they're "good concerned american protesters".

(10,429 posts)If your news shows them as fools, they they are doing their jobs. I haven't yet seen that kind of coverage. Just covering protests without explaining either their backing or their wrongness.

(1,178 posts)For the most part, news isn't going to characterize them one way or the other. They present what they have and let the viewer decide how they choose to characterize them.
FoxNewsSucks
(10,429 posts)if a group of people are clamoring that the sun sets in the east, it's not their job to show them as having a credible position is it?
These are billionaire-incited tools. That's the ONLY way it should be presented to the public.

(1,178 posts)Same where I'm at. They showed one woman saying, "More people have died from not being able to work than from the flu virus, but they're being counted as dying from the flu virus by the fake media." Some still think this is the flu! Unbelievable!

(1,178 posts)If I was a reporter, I'd be following-up by asking the woman from which source is she getting her information about the number of deaths. Then again, these are the type of people that would keep moving the goal posts to fit their narrative.

(8,168 posts)100 ignoramuses protesting life-saving procedures - of course it has to be covered, but it's still pathetic that the world works in such an awful way.

(64,990 posts)TN has 6.8 million people. There appear to be fewer than a hundred of these tools.
The best thing we (and the media) can do is ignore them. They are truly the lunatic fringe despite the big bucks of the jerks riling them up.
