The FDA approved the tests as the plane was in the air. Had they not done so, Hogan was prepared to distribute them anyway. He and his wife personally greeted the flight and gave state coins to the crew. (There were no passengers)

They hate him. We respect him.

I voted against him twice, and would do so again if he wasn't term limited. He's also been horrid on a number of issues, including education, which isn't a surprise considering that he's a Republican.

But he also deserves a lot of credit for doing a really good job during this crisis.
