She's very impressive.

3. Yes, she is very impressive and clear.

She brought up the fact that the people who will be most effected by Kemp's back to work plans, will be the lowest paid workers with no health insurance or sick leave.

She didn't call it out specifically, but the fact is that the workers in the kinds of places Kemp is listing to be opened up, will be people of color, and we already know that they are the most susceptible to contracting the corona-virus. Basically, Kemp is proposing a stealth genocide.
