She might bring Georgia with her in the Electoral College. Certainly, picking her would be a nod of thanks to African-American voters in the South who resurrected Joe Biden's presidential campaign, when it was down for the count.

think she can deliver Ga. either. Harris, Klobuchar, Demmings or Warren are all vastly better choices.
