I just want to express my appreciation for our democratic governors and mayors

I just watched the Governor of Nevada on Anderson Cooper, not only was he making sense when he talked about the science, facts and data that needed to be followed before re-opening, he got emotional speaking about his constituents that he spoke to that lost loved ones to covid 19, people who were not allowed to be with a dying loved one.

Contrast that to the stupid republican mayor pushing for reopening that actually said that she wanted her constituents to be a control group to see what happens. Good gawd woman! So you really want to experiment with people's lives.

Our governors and mayors have been phenomenal in these trying times. Thank you all for serving your country with honor. It is good to know that you all care about the lives of the people and not just profit.

If they aren’t evil, they are incompetent, and half of the incompetent ones are actually loons.

it says she is an Independent, not GOP. Could have fooled me! She is passing the buck like her Dear Leader. She told Anderson that making sure the casinos are safe isn't her problem and she is not dealing with that, it is the casinos' problem. That sure sounds like a GOP thing to say.

He has been working relentlessly to manage all of the state resources to fight this virus. He believes in science, asks the experts and listens to what they say. He has been coordinating the state to help the people.

He is keeping our blue state safe, and incurring the wrath of the President.

We were shut down shortly after California, when Trump was saying it was nothing to worry about.

Our numbers aren't great. Maryland has had about 700 deaths, even with all of his efforts.

But, even though he's Republican, and has socially conservative views, he has done right by Marylanders, and right now, I find no fault with him.

what the majority of Republicans used to be. That has most assuredly NOT been the case since 1994.

Newt Gingrich deserves every bit of sh** that can be piled on him for how he managed to screw this country.

I've met DeWine in person. Although I am VERY glad that Sherrod Brown defeated him in the Senate race, DeWine is actually a decent guy.

... why doesn't he tell the Repukes to take a hike?

He could be an independent if he doesn't want to join the Good Guys (Dems) but my gawd, the Repukes are the worst.

with a specific shout out to Dr. Mandy Cohen in North Carolina. It's clear from seeing her contributions to the NC press conferences she is a shining star leading the way to a well informed response by the decision makers in my state.

❤ Dr. Cohen and thank you for your service!
