Payment to citizens.
Once states start opening they can avoid this by ranting people are going back to work.
What about the very poor who had to use theirs to pay last months bills, and still not working?

(1,178 posts)That's why they're pushing to reopen the economy as quickly as they can. They want to be able to say, "you're back working again, you don't need anymore stimulus money." That should be applied towards the big businesses as well. But you know it won't. They'll come up with some excuse, though, to see to it big business gets stimulus.
The question is what do they come up with to get the Democratic-majority in the House to go along with it. Somehow I think you'll see some loosely-worded language that says some of the money that has to go to employees, that has a loophole(s) in it.
