They are in debt every year so let’s just put them in more debt. No this is not good news. I suppose it is if you just want them to get to November. But that’s not the way to look at this. Long term they are just making it worse for the system to survive. They needed a bailout not a loan.

They are good for twenty years and they are blank until you or your dependents fill in the pay to. No interest but secure and liquid.

.. we can still drop off our ballots but they are mailed to us in the first place

haven't had enough foresight to understand what this will bring into their lives. A letter that now costs .59 cents to send will cost upwards of $10.00 to send by a private company. Plus, there are many areas in America that UPS and FedEx will not deliver.
