why do they need bailouts? Did the airlines and cruise lines and oil companies not plan like you say the states should have.

South Carolina already RECEIVES a net federal funding of $5,008 per resident yearly.

New York PAYS $1,792 MORE in federal taxes than they receive per resident yearly.

New Jersey PAYS 2,368 MORE in federal taxes than they receive per resident.

No wonder Haley can balance her budget and doesn't need more federal money.

Pretty simple math.
