I am thinking of "Dr Strangelove" the second half of the name:

"How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb"

After watching Dr. David Katz on Bill Maher yesterday, I don't mind people walking around with no masks. We do, we are in the risk group, but I am glad that at least they move to a single file when passing us or when we meet them.

Some of us, old boomers, remember the "chickenpox parties." When kids were brought together to get infected with chickenpox. Before vaccines, of course.

So yes, I agree with him that most people should go out, to get exposed to build their immunity. Some will get it bad, some will die but staying cooped at home waiting for a vaccine that may take two years to come is not the solution.

Interesting point about "harm reduction" around the 9.00 mark. Also, that 98-99 percent of the infected are mild.

unless, of course, you or someone you love dearly are the some. Then it becomes hateful and appears as if people are wishing you die and die quickly so they can go to Chili's for dinner.
