I end up spending a lot of time here rather than trying to do something productive like learning a new language or yoga. But I do enjoy hearing from like minded people.

(23,149 posts)I'm typically awake 16-18 hours/day, and I would say, I spend at least five hours a day here. Sometimes more. God only knows how many threads per day I read. I'm something of a speed-reader, so I'm reading them almost as fast as I can scroll thru them. I REEEALLLY need to get on to other things, but I have such a seeething dislike for GOPhers that I take every opportunity I can to see them go down, or to help them go down, or, at least, to fuel my loathing of them. That's my life nowadays. DU rocks!

(296,800 posts)to "run" everyday for exercise. We're allowed to do that without a mask.. just do Safe Distancing which is no problem.. no one is around.
And, I mix it up with a lot of hours on Netflix & amazon prime.. more therapy.
Spending time on DU is cathartic.. and has been for 18 years.. it's for our country and Planet
