When Trump stated the states are in charge, at the very least he committed the biggest act of Dereliction of Duty in presidential history.

From day one it was all about testing. Trump still refuses to put in place a national response for testing.

He has failed to put in place a national response at any level. He said it himself, the federal government is backup. That is simply not true.

When Trump is removed from office there will be countless investigations that will last many, many years. It is going to get ugly.

It was made fairly clear that one reason for doing this was to allow invoking the DPA. No emergency with this power claimed, no way to exercise this power. That was made clear a month ago. We have had multiple national emergencies declared. That did not make the president all-powerful and put the federal government in the driver's seat in every respect.
