Start Prosecuting Meat Packing Plant Owners With Murder - They Could Have Kept Their Workers Safe

But that would cost too much money.

There is no other word for what they did, sending their workers in to get sick and die than murder.

M-U-R-D-E-R.

Yes we want to eat meat, but "they" need to find a safe way to process it even if it makes my bacon, and nuggets cost a little more.

What is a life worth right?

Who here agrees it is murder?

That will include death benefits to families.
That will spawn civil suits.
That will include management liability
Bankruptcy follows.

And I want these owners prosecuted.

I want the politicians who declared ag exempt but without imposing mandatory worker safety protocols also liable.

It might be negligent homicide, depending on what could be proven that they knew while they kept the plant open.

served a year in prison on a misdemeanor charge of conspiring to violate federal mine safety standards. So, you know, good luck with that.
