Hard to do business...

with a Corp that has screwed you over...530$ early cancellation fee.

With a cut and paste agreement from the chat line where I setup the package.

Two week grace period on a DirecTV package..And when I canceled 6 days later,

rep said there would be no early cancellation fee...And yet that money was taken

out of my boa acct... autopay..my bad there. Can't get it back..believe me I've tried.

Thing is the service for the wireless is great!..Hate to change .. it was kinda a hassle

getting setup...and I don't want to do it again..

But it's tough paying the bill..which is another thing..its not a bad price..

But it's tough..etc.

as a hotel bookkeeper who’s provided LOTS of proof why some chargebacks are utter bullshit - the costumer nearly always prevails. (Not saying your claim is BS, just saying I’ve seen people use it on the regular to get out of paying for stuff).
