15. I used to drive truck and am aware of drivers who warned of the hazards of hauling

refrigerated "hanging beef" which were basically halves of beef shipped to butchers/stores but
there's no reason that many of the units available for shipping purposes could not be used as cold storage too. I'm great at coming up with ideas but I leave it to others to figure out the details of how to do it...

This is the price we pay for cheap industrialized food. If animals we still raised, slaughtered and butchered locally we would pay more for our meat. But it would be higher quality and we would have more resiliency in our food chain.
